Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline OR at least 7 years of relevant IT work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with OpenText (formerly NetIQ/Microfocus) Identity Management and Identity Governance products.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise directories (eDirectory and Active Directory).
• Knowledge of Identity Governance principles, best practices, and business applications.
• Experience with access review, audit, and compliance exercises.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, 2019/2022 Server, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Knowledge of scripting languages including Python, BASH, and PowerShell.
• Understanding of project management and ITIL fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform recurring system administration tasks including serving as the primary support for OpenText Identity Governance.
• Lead periodic access review exercises in collaboration with internal audit and other teams.
• Support the existing enterprise IAM program and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement automation and role-based access solutions.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to set expectations, provide training, and promote process consistency.
