Compliance Specialist - Spain

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in compliance or regulatory affairs, preferably in financial services or cryptocurrency.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and European regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain and update Ndax’s KYC/AML policies and procedures in line with Spanish and European regulations.
• Oversee and manage the KYC/AML processes for new and existing customers.
• Stay up to date with the latest regulatory changes in Spain and the EU.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors and legal counsel as necessary.
• Prepare and submit all necessary compliance and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance activities.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits and develop remedial action plans as needed.
