Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
• Strong understanding and experience in A/B testing.
• Must have experience with Klaviyo and Attentive; experience with other platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to write compelling email copy.
• Proficiency with paid media is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Define target audiences, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys for messaging campaigns.
• Set up new email flows, execute them, and monitor performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
• Identify opportunities for improving response rates and implement changes.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports.
• Ensure emails are error-free and content is displayed accurately.
