Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as an engineer.
  • Experience with tech stack: Entra ID, Okta, Cloud/WAN hub, VPN, Azure Cloud Native Services, AWS Cloud Native Services, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab, PagerDuty, Ansible, Terraform, SumoLogic, Linux, ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Azure, AWS Cloud Native Services, Docker, AWS.
  • Experience with Python or Java.
  • Experience with Observability tools (SumoLogic, Dynatrace, Solarwinds).
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support/triage (L2&L3 support) and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, security, backups, and cloud services.
  • Manage and maintain deployed applications in Azure, including custom and off-the-shelf software.
  • Monitor and optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other IT engineering teams and vendors.
