Manager of Clinical Delivery (Remote)

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a New York State license AND a compact license (required).
• Bilingual and fluent in both English AND Spanish (required).
• 4+ years of nursing experience within acute care (required).
• 2-3 years of experience leading/managing a clinical team of at least 15+ reports (required).
• Familiarity with managed care plans/structure in New York State (required).
• Experience managing a remote team (preferred).
• Detail- and process-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Self-driven and excited about supporting new technology.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in evaluating capacity planning, hiring, and training of new employees.
• Manage, analyze and deliver productivity measures and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with other Managers of Clinical Delivery for staffing.
• Implement and educate on new clinical programming.
• Provide clinical oversight and support for escalated member challenges.
• Identify and create process improvements for quality enhancement.
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Serve as a subject matter expert for chronic care management.
• Support strategies for scaling the program.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental leads to drive efficiencies.
• Work with Clinical Leadership to meet partner expectations.
• Leverage technology to improve health outcomes.
