Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience planning and executing clinical trials.
• Experience with study sponsors or CROs is a plus.
• Main point of contact experience in complex, technical, client-facing roles.
• Experience overseeing projects requiring cross-team collaboration.
• Strong business judgment and ability to quantify value to clients.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, flexible, and autonomous with prioritization skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or scientific area; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical aspects of LS project delivery.
• Understand customers’ objectives and current pain points and develop a plan for solving them with Deep 6 products and services.
• Execute customer contracts ensuring that all deliverables are achieved.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships to boost engagement, advocacy, and expansion.
• Become a credible advisor to customers.
• Analyze problems, research solutions, and communicate the best options.
• Create and deliver structured account business reviews communicating value realized from Deep 6.
• Obtain positive references from every customer.
• Work with Sales to understand contract terms and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare delivery team to launch studies and monitor progress.
• Provide feedback on the product roadmap regarding LS customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales for collateral and presentations.
• Collect ROI-based case studies and contribute to playbooks.
• Define best practices for LS project delivery.
• Contribute to internal infrastructure improvements.
