Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with end-to-end project management with a product mindset.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data management.
• Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD and automation.
• Experience with implementing security measures and ensuring compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for core shared services and infrastructure.
• Align platform initiatives with overall company goals and product strategy.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of essential backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment on priorities and timelines across teams.
• Ensure platform's high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and enforce security policies and practices.
• Lead and mentor product managers and engineers.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuously evaluate and improve platform processes.
