Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years formal dance training.
• 1 year of student leadership experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be creative, confident, and personable.
• An obsession with excellence and a desire to make a difference in people's lives is important.
• Candidates should thrive in a team environment and welcome constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative tasks to assist with member accounts.
• Organize community events and manage social media accounts.
• Teach 1-2 dance classes weekly.
• Assist with seasonal performance programs.
• Work closely with the Owner to build knowledge and skills.
• Create a positive environment and bring energy to the team.
