Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of direct, technical experience required.
• Expert experience with Windows or Mac.
• 3+ years of engineering experience with Windows 10, Azure, Intune, and M365.
• Extensive knowledge of scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• In-depth understanding of endpoint security, including encryption and antivirus.
• Experience in hybrid Azure AD Join environments.
• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strategic vision for end-user computing.
• Create comprehensive solution designs addressing user experience and security.
• Implement and support endpoint management solutions like MDM.
• Define standards for managing devices and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with security teams to meet endpoint security requirements.
• Document procedures for endpoint management.
• Lead automation initiatives using scripting languages.
