Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, or related sectors, with solar experience being desirable.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for renewable project finance transactions.
• Previous leadership experience is required.
• Ability to interface with various levels within the organization and with external parties such as banks, investors, lawyers, customers, and contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics is required; an MBA is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of third-party capital in forms of construction debt, term debt, tax equity financing, and specialty financial products.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with investors through presentations and diligence requests.
• Assess economic feasibility of project acquisitions and M&A opportunities via financial modeling.
• Design standardized valuation and modeling procedures for compatibility across the organization.
• Coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments for professionalism in project data rooms.
• Support development, construction, and asset management teams with financial and risk analysis.
• Assist in quarterly board and investor presentations.
• Ensure correct financing assumptions in project models.
