Senior CX/UX Researcher

Requirements:

• Proficient in standard UX research methods such as empathy interviews, card sorting, and usability tests.
• Experience in journey mapping, JTBD, personas, and/or other CX research methods.
• Experience in iterative concept testing and mixing methods with quantitative data.
• Excellent in synthesizing data into information and storytelling tailored to varying audiences.
• Awareness of market research methods such as segmentation and surveying.

Responsibilities:

• Help define & plan generative research projects, through all phases of the customer experience.
• Execute projects mostly independently, including recruiting, scheduling, conducting, synthesizing, documenting, and reviewing.
• Present and report insights to stakeholders and focus on 1-2 large projects while contributing to others.
• Serve as a subject matter expert when product owners, designers, and developers execute on insights.
• Contribute to our research repository and assist in improving processes with Product & UX research.
