Requirements:

• Familiarity with Xactimate or 2+ years of prior property field claims experience.
• Demonstrated experience in providing customer-focused solutions or services.
• Experience handling moderately complex 1st party claims or equivalent.
• Understanding of property policies and endorsements with experience in the claims process.
• Valid driver's license required with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, contractors, and other relevant parties.
• Identifies complex issues and handles claims on a good faith basis.
• Conducts on-site inspections, evaluates damages, and negotiates claims with involved parties.
• Responds to customer inquiries and communicates claim process and status to all parties.
