Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a blue team / detection and response role.
• Minimum 2-3 years in managing or leading technical teams.
• Technical proficiency in cloud security, SOAR, detection engineering, SIEM logging & alerting, incident response, or digital forensics.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex security concepts.
• Strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage an alert triage and investigation service.
• Recruit and lead a skilled team of cyber analysts and engineers.
• Define and implement Incident Response protocols and proactive threat hunting methodologies.
• Develop cloud-native forensic capabilities and conduct threat modeling.
• Engage with executive leadership to align cybersecurity strategy with business objectives.
