Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of previous sales experience in a specialty sales environment, preferable rare disease and injectable experience.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous, changing environment.
• Experience working with complex distribution systems and HUB services.
• Proven history of strong performance.
• Self-starter with excellent decision-making, judgment, and ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical dialogue with healthcare professionals.
• Educate on approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Maintain understanding of local market and practice structures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver resources.
• Ensure competent management of sales data and administrative tasks.
