Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling paralegal work.
• Experience working remotely.
• Home office setup, including a reliable computer, WiFi, and phone.
• Proficiency in case/transaction management and drafting software.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products and Google applications.
• Availability during business hours Monday-Friday.
• Preferred independent work experience at least part-time.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Organize and respond to discovery requests and demands.
• Create summaries of records, depositions, and research.
• Conduct legal research.
• Manage case files and deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Support trial preparation and activities.
• Attend virtual law firm meetings and maintain proactive communication with clients.
