Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in advertising or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in communication tools like Slack, and skilled in Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Ability to overlap at least 4 to 5 hours with the Spanish time zone.
• High intelligence, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience in a similar role with proven results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in client management and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head of operations at Clay agency ColdIQ.
• Manage the operations of the entire coaching program including video organization and coordinating designers.
• Watch recorded videos and guide the editing team.
• Coordinate various service providers for the coaching program.
• Align with the design team to create different program assets.
• Plan and oversee advertising projects from concept through execution.
• Manage communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and meet designated timelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy.
