Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in growth product development.
• 5+ years of experience in people, talent, and performance management.
• Passion to mentor, motivate, and coach team members.
• Familiarity with the technical stack: Node.js, React.js, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Typescript, MySQL.
• Experience using tools: GitHub, Jira, Slack, Grafana, GSuite, Airtable.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Growth leaders for significant growth.
• Lead development and execution in Growth Engineering, Web Engineering, and Growth Platform Engineering.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement growth experiments at scale.
• Streamline Growth Engineering processes and enhance critical service performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams on solutions and optimizations.
• Identify opportunities for technical and product improvement.
