Requirements:

• Current and valid nurse practitioner license (PMHNP) with experience in psychiatry or mental health services.
• Psychiatric Mental Health certification (PMHNP) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a PMHNP, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and diagnostics.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support staff.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms, EHR experience is a plus.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of nurse practitioners in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Provide direct clinical care while managing a patient caseload.
• Lead team meetings to promote best practices and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and act as an escalation point for issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and maintain quality assurance.
• Manage administrative duties including billing and provider coverage.
