Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a VP of Technology, Engineering, or similar leadership role in the battery, ML/AI, or Cloud/Embedded software industry.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
• Deep understanding of battery technology, big data, privacy-preserving technologies, machine learning, and intelligent software development.
• Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing playbooks for growing a technology organization in a scale-up setting.
• Extensive experience in technology architecture strategy and cloud architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of intelligent software solutions and machine learning applications to enhance battery technology.
• Partner with the CEO to drive the company's technical strategy and serve as a technical thought leader.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps ensuring alignment with market trends and timely delivery of features.
• Drive research and development initiatives to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry partners to identify strategic opportunities.
• Drive efficient resource allocation and on-time technical deliverables.
