Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience working in an engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• 10 years of software development experience, preferably with Cloud storage and compute products.
• Strong influencing skills for technical discussions and summarizing outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse engineers and stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple work streams and organizations.
• Knowledge of project tracking software (e.g., Jira, Rally, MS Project).
• Familiarity with MongoDB or comparable technology.
• Interest in business automation work, such as scripting in Python, Google Apps Script, and Slack.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders from Engineering, Product, Product Design, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Conduct data-driven experiments and deliver features for MongoDB.
• Be the single threaded program owner for MongoDB 9.0 Next Gen product offerings.
• Manage executive (SVP+) communications and escalations for Core Server Group.
• Drive engineering programs forward and maximize business value delivery.
