Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years client service experience working with personal lines insurance.
• Must have a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience with agency management systems, preferably Applied Epic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls.
• Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and own the renewal process.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions/alternatives, ensuring follow-up.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
