Requirements:

• B.A. Degree, preferably in English or Writing; combination of work experience and education could be substituted.
• 2-3 years in editing and/or creative writing.
• Thorough knowledge of the Technology space.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities:

• Provides overall quality control for printed and digital copy.
• Checks materials for consistency and appropriateness of language.
• Incorporates client edits and resolves queries.
• Translates technical verbiage for target audiences.
• Proofreads final copy and formats according to style guidelines.
• Writes clear, persuasive original copy and coordinates with designers for project alignment.
• Learns about client’s products/services and attends project meetings.
