Requirements:

• Based in North or South America.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience within a DeFi company.
• Familiarity with permissionless architecture.
• Previous experience at startups or scaling teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a growing engineering team.
• Set technical direction and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• Oversee full-stack development for handling real estate investment data.
• Manage cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, and security.
• Ensure smart contracts are well integrated within the technical stack.
• Oversee automation processes and key workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance team for KYC/AML integration.
• Drive technical efforts for product launch and Token Generation Event (TGE).
