• Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High-quality noise-canceling headset.
• High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet.
• High-speed computer with a working webcam and a backup computer.
• A quiet working environment free of outside noise.

Responsibilities:

• Upload, update, and optimize product listings on Shopify and Amazon.
• Design graphics for product listings and promotional materials.
• Handle customer inquiries and monitor inventory levels.
• Assist in running promotional campaigns and analyzing store performance.
• Ensure compliance with Shopify and Amazon guidelines.
