Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in game design or product design within the mobile gaming industry.
• Experience with shooter or FPS games is a plus.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with game design tools, product design tools, and Unity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Create detailed game design documents and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, engineers, and producers, to ensure successful delivery of game features.
• Test and iterate on existing features to improve game KPIs.
• Conduct research and analyze player behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs.
• Develop product roadmaps and feature prioritization plans.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
