Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize all business systems including CRM and ERP.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through collaboration.
• Implement and configure new systems by evaluating solutions and training the team.
• Integrate and automate software using low-code platforms.
• Spec out custom development for contract developers when needed.
• Train the team on systems usage and create clear documentation.
• Research new systems and best practices for business process automation.
