Responsibilities:

• Managing Manara’s community stakeholders (current learners, alumni, mentors).
• Creating and optimizing processes for managing the community.
• Tracking metrics for community retention and growth.
• Planning and executing initiatives to increase community engagement.
• Consolidating user feedback on products and programs.
• Creating and managing a content plan for the community.
• Designing experiments to assess the effectiveness of content.
• Managing end-to-end programs for the community in collaboration with partners.
• Collaborating with other teams to design and execute programs.
• Owning program OKRs and KPIs.
• Designing and executing online and offline events to grow the community.
