Requirements:

• 2+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM.
• Lead 5+ Workday Talent deployments (Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Skills).
• Experience configuring the Workday application.
• Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required.
• Passion for guiding, advising, and delighting clients.
• Interest in the Talent and HR space.
• Experience mentoring, developing, and/or managing less experienced Consultants.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Curiosity, flexibility, tenacity, and being a team player.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the successful delivery of workshops with clients to gather, understand, analyze and document business requirements.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices, especially around Workday Talent, Performance, and Recruiting.
• Build consensus around business processes and design.
• Configure the Workday application.
• Understand the broader business context.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the 'Skill Squad'.
• Mentor and develop less experienced Consultants on the team.
• Participate in internal strategic priorities and projects.
