Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a dental treatment coordinator.
• Required experience in oral surgery and periodontics.
• Very comfortable presenting dental information to patients.
• Licensed RDA preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains communication with GP practices to support and maintain productivity.
• Reviews treatment plan and insurance verification with office staff and specialists, requiring experience in oral surgery and periodontics.
• Corresponds with patients, presents treatment options, answers questions, schedules patients, and secures case acceptance.
• Implements changes and provides education and feedback to address denials impacting revenue.
• Demonstrates exceptional integrity and composure with patients, staff, and specialists.
• Conducts occasional in-person training to enhance services.
