Requirements:

• 6+ years of general IT experience (programming, hardware, software, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in application performance monitoring, with at least 2 years focused on Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing Dynatrace in AWS cloud environments.
• Understanding of containerized deployments using AWS Elastic Container Service.
• Proficiency in deploying and configuring applications using Dynatrace OneAgent.
• Understanding of instrumenting applications using OTEL libraries.
• Ability to configure observability via Dynatrace with applications in Python and another language.
• Strong understanding of application performance management.
• 3+ years experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure Dynatrace monitoring solutions across various environments.
• Develop and implement monitoring strategies aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and stakeholders for integration.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues.
• Create dashboards and reports for system performance.
• Stay updated on Dynatrace features and advocate for best practices.
• Assist in capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools.
• Provide support and training on Dynatrace capabilities.
