Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, specifically with Microsoft stack including Power BI.
• Strong project management skills with a record of successfully leading projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing project teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve project outcomes.
• Preferred: project management or data analytics certifications, additional experience with Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of data and analytics projects including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Lead a team of data professionals providing direction and support.
• Build and maintain client relationships, offering strategic advice on data usage.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Oversee development of data solutions to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate data integration from various sources for accurate analysis.
• Support dashboard and report development ensuring they meet client needs.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing client support.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to innovation.
