Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, specifically managing projects using the Microsoft stack, including Power BI.
• Strong project management skills with a successful project completion track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing project teams.
• Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into project plans.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
• Preferred qualifications include certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM) or data analytics.
• Additional experience with other Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, SQL Server) is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of data and analytics projects, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Lead a team of data professionals to achieve project goals and foster professional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and offer strategic advice on leveraging data.
• Gather and document client requirements, translating these into actionable plans.
• Oversee development of data solutions to meet client objectives.
• Coordinate with technical teams for data integration from various sources.
• Support dashboard and report development.
• Facilitate client training and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on data and analytics trends to aid in innovation.
