Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a creative or design field.
• In-depth knowledge of graphic design, video editing, copywriting, and 3D design principles and practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, 3D design software, and other creative softwares
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and cater to diverse skill levels
• Passion for teaching and mentoring others
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• End to end basic training process
• Advanced training - submission of topics and materials
• Providing training materials to the trainees
• Conducting training assessments
• Filtering trainees during basic training process
• Endorsement of trainees to the Training Manager for final deliberation of performance
• Weekly and monthly training reports
