Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with autism.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers for continuity and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes.
