• Availability to work from 1:00pm to 10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fri (EST).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service and call center experience required.
• Technically savvy with self-reliance, and a strong communicator.
• Professional work from home office space and stable internet connection needed.
• Occasional Saturday shift availability.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire fundraisers connect with donors through calls to raise funds for important charitable causes.
• Each day involves engaging with new and existing supporters to renew sponsorships and invite monthly donations.
• Creatively delight donors on calls, ensuring a human connection and delivering positive experiences.
