Call Centre Agent -- Work from Home

Requirements:

• Professional work from home office space is required.
• High-speed cabled internet connection (minimum of 25 mbps down and 5 mbps up).
• A USB headset and webcam for effective communication.
• A newer-version Windows PC or laptop (Apple or Mac are not supported).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and call center roles.
• Availability to work both afternoon and early evening shifts, including occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing supporters to thank them and inspire ongoing donations.
• Connect and interact warmly to renew event participants and invite donors for monthly contributions.
• Find creative ways to delight supporters on each call without using cold calls or high-pressure tactics.
