Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service and call center experience.
• Technically savvy and self-reliant.
• Great communication skills.
• Availability for full-time hours, 40 hours a week.
• Available for occasional Saturday shifts and specified late shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire fundraisers connect with client's donors.
• Deliver results autonomously while representing charitable causes.
• Find new child sponsors and welcome new donors.
• Renew event participants and invite donors for monthly giving.
• Create human connections with each donor.
