Requirements:
  • 1 year of Cerner clinical experience as an end user, trainer, or related clinical experience.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with relevant Cerner clinical software.
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • High School Diploma; a 2-year degree in a healthcare field or a 4-year degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides Tier 1 clinical support 24/7/365, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Triages end user issues to determine resolution level, escalating to Tier 2 if necessary.
