Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Experience in selling within a clinical setting.
• Ability to develop expertise and establish credibility rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in using a CRM for tracking strategic priorities.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driver's record.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert product support to physicians and staff.
• Achieve a quarterly procedure quota within an assigned territory.
• Facilitate collection and review of KPIs for quarterly reviews.
• Develop expertise in the Galaxy System and related procedures.
• Conduct local marketing and education events.
• Support physician training and program growth.
• Manage development of key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the territory.
