Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Some experience in email marketing is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in content, layout, and links.
• High proficiency in English, with skills in spotting grammatical errors and awkward phrases.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as customer.io is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and setting up email newsletters and marketing campaigns through customer.io.
• Ensure accuracy and professionalism in email elements such as subject lines, images, links, and layouts.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze email performance to optimize future campaigns.
• Maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted outreach.
• Document processes for campaign setup and execution.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters for cohesive and visually appealing email components.
• Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and trends.
