Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of government sales experience, either in Federal or SLED.
- Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
- Proven track record of large-scale sales to government institutions.
- Intricate familiarity with procurement processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate Matroid’s products effectively.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and how Matroid’s software can address them.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence in defined government institutions.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Serve as the key point of contact between Matroid and government institutions.
- Represent Matroid's Sales Team at industry events and conferences.
- Develop familiarity with Matroid's software platforms to solve real-world problems.
- Exceed stated sales quotas by winning contracts.
- Collaborate with other Sales team members to improve internal processes.
