Requirements:

• Public accounting or corporate accounting experience required.
• 3+ years experience for senior level, 5+ years for manager level.
• Mandatory state income, franchise, or indirect tax experience.
• CPA or JD/LLM required for manager level.
• Candidates must be permanent U.S. residents and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.
• Conduct primary or secondary review of complicated SALT returns.
• Manage multi-state reviews analyzing various tax types to identify filing options, exemptions, and strategies to reduce tax burdens.
