Requirements:
  • Should be licensed and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Individuals 2-3 months away from sitting for their exam are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to administer a variety of assessments and write treatment plans.
  • Must complete 8-hour supervisor training through BACB and maintain CPR & First Aid certification.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and ensure staff implements client programs with fidelity.
  • Collaborate with client’s treatment team to create an effective treatment plan.
  • Monitor and revise client treatment plans to support growth.
  • Conduct assessments and ensure timely completion of client assessments.
