• 5+ years of relevant experience and a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Strong visual design capability and proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a user-centric mindset.
• Flawless typography skills and an aptitude for art direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce creative assets for online marketing campaigns, including paid ads, social media posts, websites, CRM, and in-app advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project management teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team.
• Utilize AI tools and integrate them into the design process for optimization and efficiency.
