Requirements:

• Four or more years of leadership experience in Software Engineering.
• Six or more years of experience in problem resolution and IT deployments.
• Six or more years of experience collaborating with business leaders.
• Four or more years in performing merit reviews and compensation management.
• Six or more years of hands-on software development or engineering experience.
• Two or more years of experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of scalable technology architectures.
• Experience with tools like JIRA and TFS.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced building platforms/products for sale.
• Support and mentor a small team dynamic.
• Uphold the culture and performance of the software engineering team.
• Lead by example as a servant-leader.
• Collaborate to establish and refine common engineering tools and practices.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and operational practices.
• Communicate project concerns to stakeholders.
• Oversee scrum master duties and sprint backlog management.
• Maintain adequate training for team members.
• Ensure incident management procedures are followed.
• Conduct performance reviews.
