Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing AI solutions for software products in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) and machine learning algorithms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Typescript/JavaScript.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• C1 level proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders to understand project requirements and AI integration opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms integrated into the existing system.
• Build infrastructure and data pipelines for machine learning applications.
• Integrate proprietary data sources with XRM AI-Copilot.
• Work with engineering teams for seamless AI solution integration.
• Optimize AI performance for user experience and reliability.
• Conduct testing and debugging of features.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and share knowledge.
