Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in architecting, developing, and managing customer-facing software systems.
• Knowledge of network and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and networking services of major cloud providers.
• Proficiency in Python (FastApi) and PHP (Laravel).
• Expertise in data modeling and event processing, with SQL and NoSQL technologies experience.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices patterns and architectures.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes architecture.
• Fluency in English, with C1 proficiency level or above.
• Willingness for business trips to the US.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical manager with extensive knowledge of distributed systems and software platforms.
• Collaborate with technical product managers and other business units to identify market demands, and translate them into actionable software solutions.
• Oversee the entire process from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Work closely with architects and infrastructure teams to design effective solutions.
• Align strategically with product teams and stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in software development processes.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and partner organizations.
• Develop and cultivate a high-performing engineering team through assessments and feedback.
