Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role (BI analyst, Data PM).
• At least 2 years of experience in a technical field related to B2C or B2B products.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong experience in SQL, Standard Bigquery, PostgreSQL.
• Experience working in a product team focusing on digital consumer-facing products.
• Passion for learning and staying updated with latest technologies.
• Personal experience using digital health, education, or productivity apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver technical projects and product features on time and within budget.
• Analyse data and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimizing performance.
• Drive and collaborate on the strategy and roadmap for mobile and web applications.
• Run deep analysis on user behavior, identify patterns, and provide solutions.
• Act as the point of contact for all BI-related topics within the organization.
• Run and complete feature experiments, maintaining a growth mindset.
• Manage the data warehouse and build internal reports.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM departments.
