• 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator or Application Developer.
• JavaScript proficiency for ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Current knowledge of automation and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with internal teams to incorporate their requirements.
• Mitigate risks and outages for the tools.
• Lead automation design and efficiency for internal processes.
• Document and advise on software lifecycle management.
• Track and report automation statuses and metrics.
• Drive improvements based on best practices.
