Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, client services, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client fit by conducting thorough analysis of potential clients to assess fit with our services and solutions.
• Provide support in the sales process by assisting the sales team in preparing presentations, demos, and other materials for client meetings.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes, serving as the main point of contact for clients and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and implement enhancements in operational workflows, proposing and executing process improvements.
