Requirements:

• High school diploma required with some higher education preferred.
• Formal and/or technology support training and certifications are strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in a sales or sales support role.
• Executive assistant, operations, or account management experience is preferred.
• Good or native English proficiency required.

Responsibilities:

• List cleaning and building workflow in the contact manager.
• Develop an ideal prospect list of 250 contacts.
• Assist with scheduling and customer follow-ups for senior salespeople.
• Manage contacts between the contact manager and lead system.
• Conduct some outbound calling for lead generation.
• Support tasks as assigned by management or strategists.
• Collaborate with both Sales and Marketing teams.
